Custom Concrete Skateparks · Design-Build
Build a Skatepark Your Community Owns for Generations
A well-built concrete skatepark gets teenagers outside, draws a crowd from opening day, and becomes a community investment people are proud of for years to come. We deliver the entire project, from the first sketch to the day your community starts riding.
The Difference Between a Skatepark People Use and One That Sits Empty
Youth action sports, including skateboarding, BMX, scooters, and inline skating, continue to grow in popularity across the United States. A well-placed concrete skatepark can become one of a community’s most visible and lasting recreational investments. It is more than a sports facility. It is a gathering place that people return to week after week, year after year.
Unlike prefabricated or modular parks, custom-built concrete skateparks are permanent infrastructure. We design each park around your site, your community, and your budget. They are quiet, require very little maintenance, and are built to last 20 years or more.
We have delivered projects ranging from small neighborhood skate spots of about 3,200 square feet to large regional skateparks of more than 32,000 square feet. We design each one with input from local riders, community leaders, and youth groups so the finished park reflects the people who will actually use it.
A Lasting Investment in Your Community
Why communities choose custom concrete over cheaper alternatives.
One space. Every youth sport.
Open to everyone and free to use, a well-designed concrete skatepark brings together skaters, BMX riders, scooter riders, and inline skaters of all ages. It also provides a space for youth programs, community events, and local competitions. Few public recreation spaces are this inclusive.
One of the lowest long-term costs in public recreation.
Judge a skatepark by what it costs each year it is used, not just what it costs to build. Concrete costs more upfront than prefabricated options. Over 20+ years of daily use, with minimal maintenance, no part replacement, and no annual resurfacing, it can offer one of the lowest annual costs in public recreation. A well-used concrete park can cost less per year than a playground, tennis court, or sports field of comparable size. We evaluate full life-cycle costs during the concept stage.

Your skatepark questions, answered
Essential information for city leaders and planners.
Every project is priced based on the site. Costs vary depending on the size, ground conditions, design complexity, and local construction costs, which is why general price ranges can be misleading. Instead, we provide a clear, detailed budget as part of the free concept proposal. You get a realistic number specific to your site that you can use for planning and approvals.
Most projects take 6 to 12 months from first contact to opening, including design, permitting, and construction. Construction typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. We provide a detailed project timeline during the concept stage and work to stay on schedule. Projects with complex permitting or seasonal site conditions may take longer, and we identify those factors before signing the contract.
Prefabricated and modular parks may cost less upfront, but they can be louder, less durable, and require more maintenance and replacement parts over time. Custom concrete is permanent infrastructure with minimal maintenance, designed specifically for your site and shaped by rider input so the park meets the community’s needs. When you factor in replacement, ongoing maintenance, and noise reduction, the long term cost difference may be smaller than expected.
Routine maintenance is minimal, usually limited to clearing debris and occasional pressure washing. There are no moving parts, wood components to replace, or annual resurfacing. A well-built concrete skatepark requires less maintenance than a playground of comparable size. We provide complete maintenance guidelines when the project is completed.
Yes. A combined skatepark and pump track creates a larger recreational destination for more ages, skill levels, and riding styles. We design and build both in-house under a single contract. Since 2007, we’ve completed more than 350 pump track projects across 20+ countries, along with custom skatepark work. Ask us about similar projects we’ve completed.
