Our construction team has been busy bees for the past four months, spreading the joy of pump tracks and building trails across five different countries! From Italy to France and beyond, we’re shaking ground while exploring new territories and revisiting familiar favourites. Slovenia just got its biggest pump track ever, and we’ve got some awesome stuff happening in Austria too. Want to know more? Austrian Pump Track Hype
Breaking news from Upper Austria
A brand-new Allround Pumptrack has just been revealed in a small municipality of St. Marienkirchen an der Polsenz. This awesome track spans 253 m² of smooth asphalt, featuring two thrilling curves and a jump. Nestled within a sports and children’s playground, the Allrounder is sure to draw in young and old alike who love to stay active outdoors. And guess what? The pump track is all set and ready to go – we’re just waiting for its grand opening!
Vienna calling
We’re super excited about our second pump track in Vienna, located in the new Tangentenpark in the 10th district. This park is huge and packed with all kinds of sports facilities, so adding an Alliance pump track was a no-brainer. It’s pretty impressive – featuring an Allrounder with seven steep wall curves and two jumps! Construction kicked off in March, and just last week, we put the final layer of asphalt on the pump track. Just like in St. Marienkirchen an der Polsenz, the track is all set, but we’re saving the big reveal for the grand opening of the Tangentenpark at the end of June. Can’t wait to see you there!
Nöchling’s Newest Pump Track is on the Way!
In Nöchling, Lower Austria, we’re busy building a fun track for everyone to enjoy! It’s got three big curves and a jump, which will add an extra fun factor to this pump track. This extra jump helps beginners get better at riding, and it adds to the excitement for more experienced riders, especially kids over ten who love to jump. The track will fit right in with Nöchling’s other fun stuff to do, and we’ve made sure it’s suitable for all skill levels and ages. Plus, we’re proud to say we’re handling everything for this project, from the ground up! The track just needs its final layer of asphalt, which we’ll have done by next week. Who knows, maybe even Josef Hader, the famous comedian who grew up here, will come give it a try!
Upcoming Pump Track Projects!
Just when one pump track is finished, we’re already gearing up for the next one! There’s never a dull moment for us these days. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming up:
- Get ready, Stegersbach! We’re about to kick off a big project featuring a main track, Jumpline, and Kids Track. Keep an eye out in the next few weeks!
- Prepare for something special in Königswiesen! We’re starting construction on an Allrounder track and Kids Track, and guess what? This pump track will be hosting a stop on the Austrian Pumptrack Series tour. Construction starts soon, with the event scheduled for June 22!
- Scharnstein Calling all riders in Upper Austria! Scharnstein is about to get even more exciting with a large Allrounder track and extra Jumpline. The project was initiated by the local bike club.
Breaking Ground in Italy & France
We’ve just completed our very first pump track in Italy! Located in Gorizia, in the northeast of the country, this marks our entry into the Italian market. But wait, there’s more! Gorizia is set to become even cooler with the addition of a brand-new skate park, right across the river from the pump track.
But we’re not stopping there! We’re thrilled to announce that we’re also venturing into France. Near Paris, we’re working on a pump track that will enhance the recreational offerings of a campsite. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to grow and bring the joy of pump tracks to new places!
Pumping Up the Fun with a Seaside View #2
We’ve just put the finishing touches on a brand-new pump track in the charming town of Poreč, Croatia. Our new pump track is now part of the fantastic Valamar Bike Center, offering visitors an unforgettable biking experience with a stunning sea view.
We’ve shared all the details about this project when we were explaining how to Extend the seasons with bike tourism investments. This pump track marks our second collaboration with city of Poreč and our third pump track located near the sea. Remember Rabac? A few years back, we transformed it into a cycling paradise with pump tracks and mountain bike trails, all for the Valamar hotel chain.
Slovenia’s Largest Pump Track Hits Near Ljubljana!
We’re excited to share that we’ve recently completed our largest Pumptrack in Slovenia, located near Ljubljana. Not only is it the biggest in the country, but it’s also the first to feature an integrated Jumpline, adding an extra thrill for riders.
In addition to this exciting project, we’re also hard at work on several trail-building projects across Slovenia, bringing even more outdoor adventures to communities.
