New year’s resolutions: Exercise more

If you type in Google what the most common New Year’s resolutions are, you’ll find “eat better and exercise more” right after “enjoy life more.” But let us be real: you are probably not going to go to the gym every day and eat nothing but vegetables all year. How about we tell you that being physically active does not necessarily mean going to the gym, and it can even be fun? Read on.

The Alliance team is on a mission. A mission to help you make your schedule friendlier and cover physical activities for the whole family. We build active sports infrastructure that can be placed close to you –  in urban areas, parks, or even on the hill just a step away from the city. We bring sports to people to keep or make them active and give them the chance to live an active, healthy lifestyle just a step away from where they live.

It is important to stay physically active

Physical activity is incredibly important for everyone, both adults and kids, for a variety of reasons. Being physically active helps maintain a healthy weight, reduce the risk of certain diseases, and improve mental health and overall well-being.

Unfortunately, the rise of technology has led to people spending more time indoors and less time being physically active. This has led to an increase in obesity and other health problems. It is important to make sure everyone, including kids, gets enough exercise. This can be walking, running, biking, playing sports, or just playing outside. Exercise is essential for staying healthy and can also be a great way to get together with family and friends.

What motivates people to be active

Even if we are aware of all that is written above, sometimes we still need motivation to actually do it. To go out and be active.

Some find their motivation in competition – training their bodies to get better and get better results at all sorts of competitions. An inviting and fun environment for outdoor sports will also encourage people to get there and be active. And do not forget about socializing infrastructure, which is just as important as the sport itself – it’s always good to be able to sit down and chat with friends after a decent bike or run session, or just wait for your kid to finish that never-ending-last-lap on the pump track.

Pump tracks have it all!

  • They are an inviting outdoor facility that will attract anyone with any type of wheeled equipment. They can be used as a learning facility for beginners or even as a training place for advanced users.
  • They can be placed near the communities – in the middle of the concrete jungle, or even bring added value to the already existing recreational park on the outskirts of the city.
  • They bring all generations closer together – from kids to grown-ups. Everybody can ride it – from beginners to advanced users.

To sum it up. One of the best ways to make your new year’s resolutions about “exercise more” come true is to increase opportunities for outdoor physical activity. Pump tracks and other attractive outdoor infrastructure can be a great way to encourage you to stay active. Because pump tracks provide a fun and challenging environment for users of all ages, they are also a great way to encourage people to socialize and build a sense of community.
