We are looking for:
>> Machine operator
In this position you’ll operate machinery as part of a team to build high-quality pump tracks and mountain bike trails.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- You will operate excavators and other machinery to build and maintain mountain bike trails and pump tracks
- Perform laboring duties as required
- Work as part of a team to achieve project goals
- Travel to various project sites throughout Europe
YOU WILL FIT IN IF:
- You are physically fit, strong, and enjoy working outdoors
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience operating excavators on high-quality pump tracks or trails
- You possess top-notch excavator skills – you’re safe, independent, quick, can follow plans, and are a great team player
- You’re a mountain biker at heart, with an intuitive understanding the importance of levels, shapes, and lines in creating flow and features
- You have experience operating a skid steer and other civil construction machinery
- A trade background is preferred but not mandatory
- Work experience in steep terrain is an advantage

When new trails or pump tracks are built, this cannot be done without real manual work. A shovel, compactor, and wheelbarrow are the tools you will use to create the perfect pump track / trail masterpiece.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
You will join a team of professionals, built up from passion and lots of experience. Your mission will be to actively participate and assist in building new pump tracks and trails. We need to warn you, that this is not an easy job, but it pays off every day.
