Dobrom tehnikom i sigurnosnim navikama mo\u017eemo izbje\u0107i nezgode i jo\u0161 vi\u0161e u\u017eivati na pumptrack poligonima. Zato smo se odlu\u010dili usredoto\u010diti na temu sigurnosti, ovoga puta iz perspektive \u201eKako postati bolji biciklist\u201c.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I ovoga puta smo razgovarali s austrijskom biciklisti\u010dkom \u0161kolom Pekoll, koja sa svojim dugogodi\u0161njim iskustvom radi i s najmla\u0111ima i s iskusnijim biciklistima. Po\u010dinjemo s osnovama kako postati pravi profesionalac na pumptracku!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alliancease.com\/hr\/pumptrackovi-i-sigurnost\/\">Sigurnost<\/a> je na\u0161 prioritet. Na\u0161i <a href=\"https:\/\/alliancease.com\/hr\/sto-je-pumptrack\/\">pumptrack<\/a> poligoni dizajnirani su i izra\u0111eni prema najvi\u0161im sigurnosnim standardima, u skladu sa svim propisima i smjernicama. Time osiguravamo da korisnici mogu bezbri\u017eno razvijati svoje vje\u0161tine i pri tome neizmjerno u\u017eivati!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Natrag na osnove: Pobolj\u0161ajte svoju tehniku vo\u017enje pravilnim polo\u017eajem na biciklu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sada kada smo se pobrinuli za sigurnost u smislu odgovaraju\u0107e opreme, vrijeme je da se posvetimo osnovama tehnike vo\u017enje. Sve po\u010dinje osnovnim polo\u017eajem na biciklu \u2013 temeljom za sve daljnje vje\u0161tine. Za odli\u010dan po\u010detak pripremili smo 9 koraka do boljeg polo\u017eaja na biciklu, koji su baza svih trikova i napredovanja. Bez obzira jeste li po\u010detnik ili \u017eelite unaprijediti svoje znanje, pravilno ovladavanje osnovnim polo\u017eajem klju\u010dno je za pobolj\u0161anje tehnike vo\u017enje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dakle, istra\u017eimo osnovni polo\u017eaj na biciklu! Zapamtite, ovo je tek prvi korak u razvoju va\u0161ih vje\u0161tina vo\u017enje, ali ujedno i klju\u010dan. Pedale paralelne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr\u017eanje pedala paralelno donosi stabilniji polo\u017eaj i ve\u0107u aktivaciju trupa. Aktivirajte trup i nagnite tijelo naprijed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Stabilan gornji dio tijela klju\u010dan je za sigurnu vo\u017enju. Kada ovladate osnovnim polo\u017eajem u mjestu, prije\u0111ite na ravnu povr\u0161inu. Tek kada vam to postane prirodno, krenite na pumptrack.
